Our mission is To help athletes achieve their highest potential while raising the standard against which athletes are measured. Through an intense focus on dedication, motivation, and proper technique, our athletes are conditioned to excel in their sports of choice. And with instruction that relies heavily on the core values of respect, perseverance, and positive-reinforcement, our athletes build the confidence and character that will give them a competitive edge both on and off the field.
Our team of trainers are focused on taking each athlete’s game to the next level . Currently our trainers are certified in one or more of the following :

Before joining the Revolution Athletics training staff, Chris played football and ran track for St. Anthony’s High School. He continued his education at Hofstra University receiving a BS in Finance. Chris worked in the Finance industry for 3 years and after completing his NASM Certification also worked as a Personal Trainer...
Jim attended Cornell University, majoring in Nutritional Science and Applied Exercise. He competed in Cross Country and Track & Field (Shot put, Discus, and Sprints) while at Smithtown High School East, and played Rugby while at Cornell . . .
Golden was an original Revolution Athletics athlete who trained under Justin throughout his High School, Collegiate and professional career and decided to pursue his quest of helping create opportunities for Long Island athletes and passed on continuing his career as a professional Football player...
our training protocol
Our method of training incorporates 3 different modalities; Speed & Agility, Strength, and Recovery. Combining these 3 methods during athletes off season allows them to see steady improvement and avoid training plateaus throughout the training cycle. However, if an athlete is in season there is an emphasis on Strength and Flexibility giving them the best opportunity to play at the top of their game toward the end of the season.
