Former Division 1 AA Football student-athlete at Hofstra University. Saint Anthony's High School Hall of Fame. Before founding Revolution Athletics in 2005, Justin trained at the top performance facility in the nation. In 20+ years he's built the most respected athlete development program on Long Island.

Long Island native, Sachem North HS graduate. Multi-sport athlete in hockey, football, and volleyball. Holds a Health Fitness Management degree and specializes in human biomechanics. Played defensive back at LIU and was a dual-sport student-athlete at Alfred University in football and lacrosse. Overcame a career-threatening hamstring rupture, returning to both sports within the same calendar year — turning adversity into professional expertise.

An original Revolution Athletics athlete since the 2008 opening — Jack grew up in the program from athlete to trainer. Attended Chaminade High School in Mineola, NY, earning AA and AAA NCHSAA State Championships in both football and lacrosse. University of South Carolina graduate. NASM certified. Mentored directly by Justin Kull for years before becoming a full-time trainer.
Dr. Sileo is a native of Garden City, Long Island and graduated magna cum laude from the College of William and Mary. He earned his medical degree at SUNY Stony Brook, completed his residency there as administrative chief resident, and then a fellowship in sports medicine at Lenox Hill Hospital in Manhattan — where he served as assistant team orthopedist for the New York Jets, New York Islanders, Hofstra University, and Hunter University.
Dr. Sileo is dual board-certified by the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery in both Orthopedic Surgery and Sports Medicine, and is a Fellow of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgery (FAAOS). He currently serves as Director for the Division of Sports Medicine at St. Charles Hospital and is President of the St. Charles Medical Staff.
A board-certified, fellowship-trained sports medicine orthopedic surgeon specializing in the diagnosis and treatment of sports-related injuries. He has published research on shoulder and knee MRI evaluation, shoulder injury scoring systems, and advanced kneecap repair using knotless suture technology.
Dr. Rothfeld earned his Doctor of Medicine from Chicago Medical School at Rosalind Franklin University and completed his orthopedic surgery residency at Stony Brook University Hospital, followed by a Sports Orthopedics fellowship at the UHZ Miami Orthopedic Sports Institute — working with the Miami Heat, Miami Dolphins, and Florida Panthers.
Jonathan is Revolution Athletics' on-site physical therapy partner. A specialist in sports physical therapy, he bridges the gap between injury rehab and return-to-sport — so athletes don't just heal, they come back stronger and better equipped to prevent re-injury.
His approach integrates seamlessly with our training programs, ensuring athletes recovering from injury follow a clear, coordinated path back to full competitive performance.
Tyler earned his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from The Sage Colleges in 2019, then completed an Orthopedic Physical Therapy Residency through New York Institute of Technology in collaboration with Professional Physical Therapy in 2022.
He specializes in orthopedic and sports medicine conditions — from non-operative management through post-operative rehabilitation — and has worked directly with an orthopedic surgeon developing rehabilitation protocols for ACL reconstruction and meniscus repair.
