Justin’s talent is his ability to assess athletes in movement. His attention to detail allows him to identify weaknesses and break down each part of an athletes’ movement. He is constantly setting the industry trends with his unique training programs, helping athletes perform at both the collegiate and professional levels.

Kevin Bragaglia

Trainer

From a young age, Kevin Bragaglia has had a passion for a multitude of sports from Hockey to Football, and even Volleyball. While growing up in a family of 13, he always wanted a way to stand out from the rest. This sparked an interest in Kevin to be the best he can, no matter the situation.

Kevin Bragaglia, a Long Island native and graduate of Sachem North High School found his interest in Health Fitness thanks to a Biology teacher who taught him how the body produces movement. Kevin found that with his interest in human bio mechanics as well as is interest in wanting to stand apart from others was a perfect driving force to move towards a career within this field.

Kevin went on too Long Island University in 2015 where he played Defensive Back for the Pioneers recording 110 kick return yards on 6 attempts as well as 7 tackles in 8 games. After a season ending injury (hamstring rupture), He later transferred to Alfred University where he played Football and Lacrosse as a dual sport student athlete for the Saxons. Kevins interest in biomechanics led him his degree in Health Fitness Management which helped him return back to not one but both sports within the same calendar year. When Kevin was told he would likely not be able to perform at a high level again, he took his passion for training to the next level.

With the help of Justin Kull (head trainer of Revolution Athletics) he had a home to pursue his passion. Kevin Bragaglia now continues to stay close to the athletic world by using his passion and interest for biomechanics to instill his mindset into athletes across the island.

Jack Breuer

Trainer

Jack was one of the original athletes at Revolution Athletics back when it opened in 2008. Growing up in the roots of the program, he played both lacrosse and football at Chaminade High School in Mineola, NY, helping the team win a AA NCHSAA State Championship in football and a AAA NCHSAA State Championship in lacrosse. He spent his entire athletic career training at Revolution Athletics up until he retired from playing and focused on training and bringing up the future. Eventually, Jack went on to graduate the University of South Carolina and returned to Revolution Athletics to continue shaping the future of Long Island sports.

As one of Revolution Athletics first athletes, he also has worked there since he was of age, starting as an assistant trainer while in high school and college, he learned under the owner, Justin, for years working along side him on how to properly program and train the athletes while making the lasting connections that Revolution Athletics is known and loved for. He has certifications from the National Academy of Sports Medicine and is continuing his education further through other certifications and seminars.

His interest in biomechanics and improving the performance and lives of athletes stems from his history at Revolution Athletics both as an athlete and trainer. He has trained and worked with athletes for so long his passion and knowledge for athlete training grew more and more over time. After so many years with Revolution Athletics, Jack has helped improve the performance and lives of hundreds of athletes.

 Testimonials

“I AM SO GRATEFUL FOR REVO, FOR YOU AND FOR THE TRAINERS THERE THAT HAVE TAKEN PJ UNDER THEIR WING. HIS STRENGTH, SPEED, AND KNOWLEDGE HAVE INCREASED DRAMATICALLY SINCE HE HAS BEEN THERE, BUT WHAT YOU MAY NOT KNOW IS HOW MUCH YOU HAVE HELPED HIM AS A PERSON, AS A YOUNG MAN GOING THROUGH SO MUCH ADVERSITY. THAT IS THE POINT OF THIS LETTER. THANK YOU SO MUCH I CAN’T BEGIN TO PUT INTO WORDS HOW MUCH IT MEANS TO HIM AND OUR FAMILY. WE WILL NEVER FORGET IT.”

— BENJAMIN CAREY, PRESIDENT & CO-FOUNDER OF LONG ISLAND ELITE FOOTBALL

“I LOVE REVO BECAUSE OF THE CONNECTIONS I HAVE WITH EACH TRAINER. I LOVE JUSTIN’S NEVER GIVE UP ATTITUDE AND MOTIVATION. JUSTIN KNEW HOW TO PUSH ME TO BE MY ABSOLUTE BEST AND GIVE ME TOUGH LOVE AND CONSTRUCTIVE CRITICISM WHEN I NEEDED IT. GOLDEN KNOWS HOW TO RELATE TO HIS ATHLETES, GIVE THAT INSIDE SPORTS KNOWLEDGE, AND APPLY IT TO HIS TRAINING. [THEY] PUSHED ME AS A YOUNG ATHLETE TO DO THINGS I NEVER IMAGINED I COULD DO AND GAVE ME A MENTALITY AT A YOUNG AGE THAT I CAN DO WHATEVER IS IN FRONT OF ME.”

— ROB LOSORDO

“THE DIFFERENCE IN MY SON NATE IS UNBELIEVABLE. JUST TWO MONTHS AND EVERYONE WHO SEES HIM PLAY IS BLOWN AWAY BY HIS PROGRESS. WORTH EVERY PENNY!”

— NATE SIEGEL

“MY SON STARTED REVO 6 MONTHS AGO AND MY WIFE AND I SAW RESULTS WITHIN 3 WEEKS. HE ENJOYED HIMSELF FROM THE START EVEN THOUGH THE FIRST WEEK OR TWO WAS HARD FOR HIM. AFTER HE STARTED FEELING BETTER ABOUT HIS PERFORMANCE HE WANTED TO COME MORE AND MORE.”

— KEVIN KLUGEWICZ

“REVOLUTION ATHLETICS TURNED ME FROM AN ORDINARY ATHLETE TO AN EXTRAORDINARY ATHLETE. I WENT FROM A REGULAR CENTER WHO GOT SOME PLAYING TIME, TO AN ALL-STATE ZELLNER AWARD WINNING LINEMEN WHO NEVER GOT OFF THE FIELD. I CAN TRULY SAY THAT REVOLUTION ATHLETICS HAS CHANGED HOW I LOOK, MY CONFIDENCE, AND MOST IMPORTANTLY MY PERFORMANCE NOT ONLY ON THE FOOTBALL FIELD BUT ON THE MAT.”

— STEVEN MILLS - SACHEM NORTH

“REVOLUTION ATHLETICS HAS SHAPED THE ATHLETE I AM TODAY. JUSTIN AND THE REST OF THE GUYS HAVE POSITIVELY MOTIVATED ME TO STRIVE TO BE PERFECT. THE PROGRAM THAT I AM CURRENTLY ON IS INCREDIBLE. IT INCORPORATES MANY DIFFERENT TECHNIQUES INCLUDING PLYOMETRICS, OLYMPIC LIFTING, YOGA AND SPEED CLASSES. HAVING COMING HERE FOR THE LAST 6 YEARS, I BELIEVE WITHOUT REVO I WOULDN’T BE HALF THE ATHLETE I AM TODAY. FROM ALL THE WORK THAT I PUT IN AND THE SUPPORT FROM ALL THE TRAINERS, I AM FORTUNATE ENOUGH TO HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO PLAY FOOTBALL AT THE NEXT LEVEL.”

— RYAN RENFROE - CW POST/CONNETQUOT
